Chris Leopold – Lead Guitar
Chris Leopold is one of the most versatile guitarists you would ever want to meet. Just mention a song to him when he’s holding his guitar and more than likely he’ll start playing it for you.
He always seems to know just what to play on any given tune, including very subtle guitar string sounds used as effects in certain songs. Additionally, he sings background vocals as needed.
His sense of humor is not obvious when you first meet him. And, like all of us, he takes our performances quite seriously, so you probably won’t find him goofing around onstage. But spend a little time with Chris in a more casual setting, listen to a couple of his satirical vocal impersonations of famous musicians past and present, and you may have to sit down to recover from your laughter! One of his recent specialties involves using intentionally mis-selected instruments to play famous guitar riffs, such as Led Zeppelin’s Kashmir, but on the banjo!
